Rob Machado Surf Classic

| An
estimated 20,000 people attended the Rob Machado Surf Classic over the
weekend to be a part of this surfing event. There was definitely something
for everyone - surfer or not. Local merchants set up shop selling everything
from surfboards to on the spot complete makovers. The entertainment was nonstop featuring a variety of music and dancing. It was a pleasure to watch Kahuna Bob Edwards presenting the surfing awards. Bob and Peggy Edwards were instrumental in starting this surfing event 5 years ago and continue to organize the surf contest. They did an incredible job once again. Givahoot for them!!! |
